CT555 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and CT555 with respect to your use of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, bonuses and all other features offered through ct555.fun.

By accessing or using CT555 in any capacity — whether through the website, the Android app, or any other interface provided by CT555 — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the platform.

CT555 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

CT555 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any form of gaming or betting on CT555. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

CT555 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be underage, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. CT555 takes age verification seriously and employs multiple verification measures to prevent underage access.

To use CT555's gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one CT555 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same contact number, same device, or the same payment method — are not permitted. CT555 may close duplicate accounts and withhold any funds held within them, particularly where duplicates appear to be created to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits.

CT555 may at any time request identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Verification documents may include:

• A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g. JazzCash account confirmation, Easypaisa registration).
• Proof of residential address where required.

Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. CT555 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the account holder. This is done to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. CT555 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

CT555 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings and transactions are denominated in PKR. CT555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer, typically instant.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer, typically instant.
• Raast — bank-to-bank transfer via the State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit to CT555's designated bank account.
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by your card issuer.
• Other Mobile Wallets — additional wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

CT555 does not charge a deposit fee on its end. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside CT555's control and are not refunded by CT555. Always check with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

Deposits are credited to your CT555 account automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact the CT555 support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. CT555 will investigate promptly.

CT555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or originating from an unauthorised payment method. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

CT555 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for depositing may require additional verification.

To request a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Your account must have a balance equal to or exceeding the minimum withdrawal amount.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.
• There must be no active investigation or security hold on your account.

CT555 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. CT555 does not guarantee a specific processing time as this may be affected by factors outside our control.

CT555 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawals. This may include requesting source of funds documentation. While this can occasionally cause a delay, it is done solely for the protection of our players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or held if CT555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information before a final decision is made.

CT555 regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot games, reload bonuses, and enhanced odds on Cricket and PSL betting markets.

Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all CT555 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per payment method.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return as set by the game's developer. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds — individual session results will vary significantly and no RTP guarantee applies to any single playing session.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, CT555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. CT555 will not honour a win that was produced as a direct result of a confirmed technical error.

Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

CT555's sports betting section covers Cricket, including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournament fixtures, as well as Football, Esports and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on CT555:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — always verify the final odds on your bet slip before confirming.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is available and explicitly offered for that bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules as published in CT555's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.
• CT555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed (match-fixing or results leaked in advance).
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the Sports Betting section. CT555 reserves the right to adjust these limits without notice.

For Cricket betting specifically: In T20 matches, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, CT555 will apply the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for match result determination where applicable. Specific market rules for over/under totals, top batter/bowler and other markets are detailed in the sport-specific rules section.

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair experience for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on CT555:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems, scripts or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with CT555's platform.
• Exploiting any bug, error or vulnerability in CT555's platform or games. Any such discovery must be reported to the CT555 support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using CT555 in any manner connected to money laundering.
• Using CT555 for any commercial purpose, including running an informal betting agency or collecting bets on behalf of other individuals.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction.
• Impersonating another player, CT555 employee or any third party.

CT555 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting of the matter to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

CT555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Actions that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, chargebacks, or behaviour that CT555 considers harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CT555 may retain any balance remaining in the account as compensation for damages caused by the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player after completion of withdrawal processing checks.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the CT555 support team. If you are requesting closure because of concerns about your gaming behaviour, CT555 will apply self-exclusion as an additional protective measure. CT555 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. Gaming and betting are forms of entertainment — they are not reliable ways to generate income, and outcomes are determined by chance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CT555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, CT555's services.
• Losses arising from game malfunctions, server interruptions, or connectivity issues outside CT555's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, game studios or other service partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits CT555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. CT555's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your CT555 account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CT555 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, CT555 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-app notification before the changes come into effect.

Your continued use of CT555's platform after any updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact the CT555 support team to close your account and arrange a withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.
